        Please book with caution. I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. I missed the 30 day cancellation period by 2 days and I was charged the full amount for 2 rooms. ( almost $1700 total ). I understand I was going to get penalized , but I thought if I spoke with someone at the hotel and explained my situation they would help and refund even a portion of the stay I was unable To use. The manager didn’t even listen just kept repeating the cancellation policy. I have never dealt with such a situation and hope no one else has to either.
