image Checked in on April 3 this past week. The desk clerk - older woman was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with directions. We were staying for a pelicans game. The room 514 did not have soap to shower, no iron. My hubby went and got soap from desk. The room was filthy, the bathroom horrible. We were not comfortable, barely slept- the bed was like a brick and checked out as soon as we could the next morning. Not my favorite Hilton chain.

image This hotel is not anywhere near up to par. The general manager even straight up asked us to give them a YEAR. Do not be duped by this place. The restaurant was closed for the entire stay and the roof top bar was only accessible by one elevator, but you can't control which elevator you get. Completely ruined what we wanted to be a restful day in a hotel we didn't have to leave.
Rooms: Shower glass isn't connected to the ceiling anchor. Blinds don't operate properly. Sink was clearly fixed with bad patch job. AC resets itself in middle of night. Great to wake up in puddles of sweat.
Food & drinks: You can't get them here because they falsely advertise a restaurant.

image We arrived for a 3 night stay on 3.28.24. I'm writing this on our last night and am seriously contemplating driving overnight home just to get away from this place.
The first room was an upgraded Big Easy room that we chose before arriving. There was white crusty substance on the flooring, a dark circle that you stuck too if you walked across it, and hair in the sinks. They changed our room but to a standard that is tiny compared to the room we wanted and originally had when Bri at the front desk was clearly asked if the room size the same and she said yes.. flat lie.The new room floor also smelled like weed through and through. The new room fridge didn't work and I had to buy a cooler to keep my insulin cold. The front of the hotel is where you can find a different group of guests each night blaring music with explicit lyrics at all hours of the night. The hotel staff allows this. It's happened every night. The manager Amy Simmons does not follow up with customer service when instructed to by Hilton Guest Relations.I was spoken to by the only bright spot this place has and that is Joy. She was the kindest and most ept person we spoke with I explained the issues and she said she was going to speak with Amy. When we arrived back to the hotel later that day she explained she'd spoken to Amy and that they would be taking care of my first two nights. Two nights point total equaled 90,000 points. They only put 30,000 back into my account. That is a third of what was promised and is unacceptable. The valet and Joy are the only positive aspects of this hotel. I am waiting to hear back from Dimitri, who is the actual GM apparently. This has been the worst experience as a Hilton Honors Member I have ever had period.

image I have stayed in this hotel twice. Both times the bathrooms were in rough shape. Showers clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. And the sinks both had stains all over them. None of the bed side outlets worked in either of the rooms. Every time I tried to bring issues up to the staff, I was told that someone on the next shift would deal with it. Needless to say, nothing was ever fixed. I went to the rooftop bar to get a drink. The bar was not that busy, but the bar tenders were more interested in talking to other people than they were making drinks. After 20 minutes of no service, I just left. Generally the place seems mismanaged. Every time I have tried to call the location, I just get put on hold for an endless amount of time. Will not be staying there again.
