Lasik Vision Institute

My experience at the LASIK institute was great!! Everything went smooth and quick. The staff was amazing they did an awesome job.

I chose the Lasik Vision Institute because their reviews were so amazing! They seemed professional and like very kind people. Dr. A and Bill were so nice and did their best to ease my worries. A few days before surgery I was starting to feel a lot of anxiety and requested something to calm my nerves, and I was talked out of being given medication (every other person who I have spoken to who had this procedure was given something-all of them.) Fast forward to the morning of my procedure, I met Dr. Insler. He was not understanding or patient with me. He started on my first eye, and as I feared, I had a panic attack while under the pressure cuff. I was fussed at and put down by my surgeon, being asked, "Are you going to be able to do this today? Or do you just need to go home?". I'm so thankful for the tech that got me water, held my hand, and treated me like a human. I wish I knew her name, because without her I could not have completed the procedure. I went out of the building sobbing, so my partner ran inside and asked "what on earth happened??" to which he was told "She had an episode, but she's fine" Would not recommend.

Everyone is super friendly and the doctor is direct but patient. Everyone eased my fears and th surgery went off with no issues. All my follow-ups were amazing. Trial tears are larger than the ones you have to buy. The gel tears they have available are awesome as well after 6 weeks. Keep all you appointments. I can see clear as day. I went from almost needing bifocals with astigmatism to 15/30 in both eyes at my last visit.

I'm glad everyone else had a good experience with them. I've tried for almost a month to get a appointment and can't get a call back. I'll be going elsewhere. Williams eye center has great reviews

The staff is so friendly and everyone working here wants the best for their patients, 20/20 vision! I’m so happy with my results and the initial decision to go through with Lasik.
