Dimitri Eye Care

I made an appointment about 3 weeks ago to schedule an eye exam for glasses. I informed the person (Susie) who answered the phone that I had new insurance and all she said was "that's fine, just bring your new card with you." I even told her that my new insurance was BCBSLA, again, all she said was, that's fine. Today at my appointment, I was told that my insurance was not accepted and will not cover any parts of my glasses.. Thanks for a wasted trip and a waste of $70 for an exam that I can't even get glasses.

Mrs.Donna is very friendly n helpful. Great personality.I had a problem on Monday June 14 where the screw came out of my frame on my glasses. I stopped in n ask if she could fix my glasses, she said that it was busy but she would try her best to get it done that day. Sure enough about 30 mins after I dropped my glasses off she called me n said they were ready. I just want to thank her very much cause it was hard to see as I was wearing reading glasses until I got my glasses fix. I know she was very busy but she went out of her way to get my glasses done the same day. Thank you again for a great service.I would recommend them for all your eye care needs
