        WARNING!!!! this place is shut down!!! they will take your money and not even let you know that it is not open!!! its locked down and fenced all around. DO NOT BOOK!!! Not sure why this website is still up!!!

        If I could give 0 stars I would. Flying in to see Taylor Swift in October and made the reservations 3 months ago for this hotel because I knew it was going to be hard the closer it got. Just got an email that they canceled with no explanation or alternatives. Tried to call the hotel and the phone doesnt even work. But from reading the reviews sounds this is nothing new.

        Attention! This place is closed down! Furthermore the address reference in Google Maps is wrong. The location is on the opposite side of the street. I had a reservation but when I finally arrived at the location I noticed that it is completly closed down. No information nor help from Baymont by Wyndham staff.

        We booked this hotel months ago, looking forward to our trip through the Southern States. Today, without ANY reason given, our booking was cancelled. No alternatives were offered. To me this is the summum of lousy customer service.
