        If you've read my previous review a couple of weeks ago, this is a follow-up. I drove all the way back to Lake Charles, La., from Alexandria with my same bff just to return the two pair of shoes and carpet cleaner. Although I liked the shoes, I just couldn't get past the way I was treated, and unfortunately, every time I looked at them, I was reminded. The employees I encountered that day could not have been nicer. They were apologetic for my experience and returned it all with no problems. AND my friends jacket was waiting for us. This whole experience was very unfortunate. I've lost the excitement for "Kohls."
