        I want to personally thank Virginia, Kenneth and Jessica. I went into this JC Penny on or about March 19th and I had a great experience with all three of these individuals. Although they worked in different areas within the store each one of them attended to my needs and were willing to go out of their way to accommodate me. There attitudes and assistance really made my day. I just wanted to take time out to say thank you all for being such great employees by providing 5 Star Service! All three of you represent JC Penny to the utmost!

        There's a black employee at customer service who is. fabulous. Friendly and great quick service. He should be overall manager. This story has bad. People working there. They never honor my coupons. I've lost more than 60.00 in coupons and rewards because they didn't know how to apply them. And wouldn't call a manager. I use to work there. It was ran much more accurate and professional than now. Put the man at customer service head of this store. He's the only one that knows what's going on

        Nice selection of children's clothing. Clean and well stocked store! Bought Monet earrings and matching necklace as a gift. Destiny went out of her way to help us. She checked for items online and gave us a nice box for our purchases. Thank you So much, Destiny for your pleasant and helpful attitude.
