I decided to call Trahan's because we have never been happy with the service from the company who installed the system. Not only did Trahan's send someone over IMMEDIATELY, thank you, Tate, they set us up on a service contract so this fairly simple issue would not happen to us again as it has almost every summer since buying the new unit!!
EDIT: Due to issues no one could control, we ended up having to have all of the ductwork ripped out and new installed today. Trahan's did an absolutely AMAZING job and has us cool yet again! Don't hesitate to call and have confidence. They will get the job done the right way every time! Services: AC maintenance, Duct and vent installation, AC repair
