        Received error codes on my thermostat, to which prompted a call in to Doug's made by my wife. Within 10 minutes of hanging up with my wife, i received a text for an appointment for the next morning. Received a phone call from the service tech, Courtney, acknowledging his time of arrival. Received top notch service and was an absolutely pleasure to have met him. Diagnosed the issue and rectified the situation. I simply could not have asked for a better experience.

        The service tech was very good. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was not happy with the fact I paid 99.00 for him to press one button on my thermostat to get my ac back on track, something that could have gotten done over the phone. Service: Heating system repair
