Very poor service. Scheduled a water heater install twice and did not show up and did not bother to call us ahead of time. My wife waited at home all day both days. When I called and expressed my frustration, the woman tried to blame it all on American Home Shield. They finally installed it (2 weeks ago). The job was done extremely poorly as the water heater (brand new) would continue to shake every time we turned a faucet on and then off. When I called them, they want to charge me again (or get a new work order from AHS). The plumber that came to install was rude with poor hygiene. I saw him blowing his nose and did not wash hands or use hand sanitizer. He then wanted to come inside the house and use my dinner table to write the receipt. This was truly disgusting. I would strongly discourage and advise not to use Anywhere plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Service: Boiler installation

My hot water heater went out. I called them and got an immediate appointment. Anthony was done in 2 minutes.I couldn't believe the fast service. After completing the job, he told me to call the company back if I have any problems.

I called about a faucet leak in the tub and sink. The first team came out and said I need a shower valve. He didn't have the one I needed, it had to be ordered. He turned the hot water off for the weekend. The next team came out, didn't have the valve, didn't know one was ordered, had to leave to get the valve. Came back, said it was going to need modifications not covered by American Home Shield (extra $550). But he would have to come back. He did fix the leak in the sink, but made it so hard to turn on and off my wife couldn't do it. He capped the pipe in the tub so that we could have hot water again. The 3rd person came out, this one was able to change the valve and it did take a lot of work and he had to cut through 3 walls. He also fixed the tight sink fixtures. The next time we used the tub it wouldn't drain. I called and they said they would not have let any of the gunk from cutting through the walls and pipes go down the drain so they are not responsible unless I want to pay for another service call. He asked if I saw him stop it up. All I know is it drained fine before he came and didn't once he left. The manager denies that would happen. Service: Leak investigation and repair
