Kevin, the owner, was nice, courteous and thorough. He came out for a washer back up. He did not leave until I ran a complete wash cycle. He said he wanted to be sure that he had solved the problem. He solved it!

They dont deserve 1star!! I recently had an unsettling experience with a plumber sent by my warranty company. He came to diagnose a plumbing issue at my home, but his visit didnt seem genuine. It felt more like a pretense rather than a real effort to fix the problem. Im concerned that there might be collusion between the plumber and the warranty company, possibly to avoid fulfilling the warranty obligations. This situation is unacceptable, and I would appreciate a thorough investigation into this matter. I cant talk about their actual work because they didnt perform any work and lied to the Home Warranty of America as though they couldnt find blockag they didnt have time to investigate. Its practically the same story I hear repeatedly telling how they collect 1000 a day doing fake warranty call.
