On a recent visit I ordered their onion rings. The best I've tasted, (which were not too long ago removed for a different version and added back due to customer requests) and upon getting home found they were burnt and other pieces of items on their menu was in my order, gizzard and chicken batter. I am Vegan so this was not good. I called to speak to someone about the matter, no answer so I left a detailed message asking to be called back, no response. I then was in the area and thought to speak to them in person. To my pleasant surprise the Manager Jarod (I hope I got his name right) listened to my complaint, looked as displeased as I was at the issue and offered to make me a fresh batch free of charge. This is what I call customer service and what will keep me going back. Thank you Linda's for restoring my faith in excellent Management. *One note would be to have a staff member check messages regularly keep up the great work.
