Lets start with my mom bought from greg tilleys 15 years ago, great experience. As her daughter i go find my dream house. Its been six months of run around this & that. So go to yesterday for closing, they say they have my trailer NOPE. That was a 3 bedroom when it was supposed to be a 4. Well guess what now they no longer make my model I chose in February,& i was told its slight changed in the new lot model with same floor plan WRONG! Way different. I have had the run around i have sold my original house because i was told 90 days oh 2 weeks kept getting the run around. As of today i am walking away empty handed as i was supposed to close. Saddest part is i was promised so much an told i couldnt start over as it would start over an take longer. Which is a lie by the way i called the bank myself. I would not trust them. As they do not care about there customers anymore. An the fact YOUR SELLS REP DIDNT EVEN TRY TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER AN WOULD RATHER LET ME WALK AWAY VERSES TRYING TO GET ME INTO A HOME IS SAD. When i have had everything they needed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT TILLEY'S. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, NOR DOES THE MANUFACTURER, SOUTHERN ENERGY HOMES. OUR RETIREMENT HOME IS NOTHING AS IT SEEMED. WE BOUGHT A BIG ONE, PAID CASH, AND HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS. TOO NUMEROUS TO LIST. MAKES MY BLOOD PRESSURE GO UP AS I WRITE THIS, AND AS EACH NEW SITUATION PRESENTS. IF I HAD TIME TO DETAIL, YOU WOULD RUN FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP.

Their prices are great, but their customer service is lacking. Never once was I called by name go to a place that actually cares about you and your family and remembers you!!!

Mr. GREG TILLEY, will work with each & every one of his customers personally himself if problems arise. I appreciate a man of his honest character. We purchased our retirement home recently and placed it on my land inheritance out of necessity to live and help out my 75 year old recently widowed mother. This previous year loosing my diabetic dad has been nothing short of devastating but I am hopeful our new journeys will be filled with more special time's & good memories living beside my beautiful, strong mama.
