Plantation Acres Manufactured Housing Community

My family has lived in Plantation Acres for almost a year and since Lydia, the property manager, has been here she has made it a great place to live. Shes always around when we have a problem or need to tell her something!! She has made this community a great place to live!! Thanks Lydia!!

5 stars for Lydia, 3 for our experience prior to Lydia. Allow me to explain: my dad and I moved into a NEW 3 bed/ 2 bath double-wide over a year ago. Although spacious (I love the size of the bedrooms!) the trailer itself is of cheap quality. We were willing to lose our deposit and move because nothing had been done about the issues we were having with our trailer. Due to my work schedule, I did not notice that we had a new park manager. When she received our letter of intent to move out (which included a list of grievances), she immediately sought me out to make everything right! For the most part, she has done that and done it quickly. One or two things still havent been taken care of yet, but those are things beyond her control and she is still working on accomplishing them. Of course, Lydia had nothing to do with the quality of the double-wide but is quick to fix any problems we have had! 5 stars and many MANY THANK YOUs to Lydia for being a good manager. She is why we stayed.

Lydia was very professional and friendly. She helped me move in the park and the transition was smooth. This is a beautiful quiet place and I really enjoy living here and the way Lydia manages the park.

Lydia has really turned this park around in a short amount of time. My parents moved here in 1999 and most of our family have rented or lived here since then. Mom used to be the park manager for years and I havent seen it look good since, until now. Lydia is a very pleasant manager to work with and Im sure all the residents feel the same. Its very apparent its on its way back to the standards that made this park a place you wanted to live in. Im sure she is overwhelmed but has handled it well and got a lot done. I look forward to living here as long as She is managing because her efforts are noticed!!!

This neighborhood is run by a team of professionals, and I couldnt be more happy living here. Ms. Lydia, at the front office, is extremely knowledgeable on everything and has been a blessing for me. This is the first time I have lived in a mobile home and I have learned so much from her. She also stays on top of the infractions and they are corrected immediately. I highly recommend this park to anyone needing a nice place to live.
