I was very pleased with my buying experience at Wray Ford. Russ Neely did a great job helping me through the process. At this point, I would say they have earned my future business.

I bought my 2021 Bronco from Wray Ford. I was an early reservation holder from way back in July of 2020 and from the moment I had my deposit in, they took great care of me. Eddy Harris was my salesman, and he was always polite and extremely professional. Early on, I asked to speak with one of the managers because I wanted to get to know more of the staff. Im a big proponent of having an actual relationship with my local dealer, hoping to feel confident in bringing future business to them as well as letting them maintain my vehicles. I like to know who Im working with on more than just the surface level. Murray Brown, the General Manager of Sales there, exceeded my expectations. Despite how busy he was, he always seemed to give me 5 minutes of his day to update me on my reservation status or answer any questions I had. He never made me feel like an annoyance or just a number. He is old school (doesnt own a cell phone lol) and understands the importance of being treated fairly on a personal level. He made it clear that there would be no funny business, no markups, nothing I didnt want to be added to the price. He listened to my requests to not do any dealer prep to the car also. This kind of treatment sticks with you and brings you back. I rated this 4 stars due to two things:
1. When it was time to submit my actual order into the Bronco ordering system, it was input incorrectly twice before being fixed. I showed up with my configuration printed out and handed it to Eddy, who took it to the guy in charge of submitting orders. When Eddy came back with the summary, it was wrong. After getting it wrong a second time, I asked Eddy if I could just go to the guy myself and confirm over the shoulder to eliminate this back and forth issue. He said that I couldnt because that manager wasnt a people person. I get that, but it was annoying to have a simple process get messed up twice because the person wouldnt just come to me and confirm my exact configuration. The dealership manager came over to my wife and I to help explain the issues going on, which was helpful.
2. I showed up with a loan approval already in hand and ready to submit financing from USAA, but the finance officer didnt want to use them because it caused him more work with how they separate TTL financing from the vehicle price. He asked me to go through one of his banks at the same interest rate, presumably to get kick backs from one of their banks , but it didnt cost me anything extra so I agreed. That bank wouldnt title me in Texas, despite me being military and a Texas resident, without proof of a utility bill. So we ended up switching to a third bank before things got squared away. I understand that dealers get financial kickbacks from banks when they use them for financing, but it shouldnt cause me more headaches and trips to the dealership to fix these issues. I played ball despite having already done my homework so that was an inconvenience.
Its a long review, but I want to be thorough with my experience. Despite the two hiccups, Murray and Eddy treated me very well and took to heart my concern for having a relationship with my local dealer and will earn my business again when the time comes!

Terrible communication from the my service contact (Gerald) and service manager (Austin who apparently knows it all when it comes to electrical.) Their lack of knowledge, excuses, and follow up ensures they will not intentionally see one of our fleet trucks again. The first time they had this truck (21 days) they made repairs to a module that was shorted and didn't bother finding out what the root cause was. I put the truck back on the road, same exact thing happened again... 5 days later! This time it was supposedly the alternators... after 35 days of constant calling, "I will give you a call right back" and "we are moving wires around" and "driving it around out back over speed bumps to try and get it to act up again" and "busy techs" I had to move the vehicle to a different dealer. After reading all of these 1 star reviews... I feel like I got the same treatment from Wray Service as several others.
