Love the staff and nurses that take care of my FOUR children at Childrens International. Unfortunately the front desk is horrible. She didnt check my child in whatsoever earlier this March which caused my child to be rescheduled out to April 9th. She then proceeded to blame the nurses in the back but I watched her forget and watched her remember that she forgot. Proceeded to my next childs appointment, a 15 minute wait until I got up and went to the back ON MY OWN. And of course she didnt check me in. Now its March 29th and my son has a broken foot. We went in Wednesday March 27th where I waited AGAIN ANOTHER 45 MINUTES because she didnt check us in and the NURSES were the ones to assist me. I sat there with my aching child for 45 minutes all because she forgot or is refusing to check me in. Then the most disheartening part of it all is it is now Friday March 29th and my 2 year old son has to wait until MONDAY for a cast because the referral information was never sent in the Wednesday we went in for a visit. I wont be coming back if shes still there and I hate to do that because I absolutely love the staff but this is ridiculous. Im a young mother of FOUR and this mess is beyond an inconvenience for my children. Horrible horrible experience with whomever it is at the front desk!

The clinic is very nice I love the positive energy of the receptionist & the medical assistants also the doctor BRIAN DESPINASSE he has been my kids doctor for years.

Only been there once but I have missed a few appointments due to no transportation, and everyone was still nice to me to reschedule my appointments and everyone was very patiently. I appreciate you guys for your kindness.

I recommend Dr.Despinasse to anybody that chooses Children International. I really dont care for no other Doctors but Dr.D, he is the BOMB, he is loving and caring. He never has a bad day and treat his patients wilts tender love and care. My kids have been going to him since they came out the womb.
