I was Dr. Ferrell's patient when I was a child and now I take my daughter to her as well. She has always had a sunny disposition and positive attitude. It's easy to talk to her and voice concerns as a parent, and she takes time to answer all my questions. Our visits feel very personalized, and we arent rushed out the door.

My six-month baby got Covid positive and was very sick. Upon checking in the emergency room in Our lady of the lake hospital, they told us to contact my baby's pediatric doctor's office. We gave a call to Dr. Ferrell's office the next day and they refused to hear anything and completely refused to let our baby come in for checking. Very very unprofessional doctor. She should be avoided. This doctor and her nurses are very very rude with disrespectful attitude. They should be good human beings before becoming good doctors.

Dr Aimee is amazing. She's been my daughter's pediatrician since day one and we have always stuck with her. She is caring and genuinely supportive.

Dr. Aimee Ferrell has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was an infant. During this last visit for my daughter's 11-year check-up & immunizations, we reflected back on some of the memories. I brought up the first time my husband and I brought her in, when she was weeks old. We were new parents with a million and one questions. Yup, we had a fairly lengthy list. Dr. Ferrell was always very patient with us and always agreed with a lot of my decisions as to how to approach my daughter's health care. I guess it was a good that that we were rarely there for a visit, mostly just yearly well visits and the occasional ear infections my daughter would get. So back to my daughter's last visit. She had a couple immunizations done and we waited for about 10 minutes afterwards. We proceeded to walk to the checkout area and all of a sudden my daughter fell to her knees and was not able to verbalize what was wrong with her. She kind of murmured that she was feeling like she had to vomit. So, the lady got her a bag for that and walked her back to the examination room and called Dr. Ferrell in. My daughter's lips were turning a bit green and she was lightheaded, so she had her lay down on the bed again and got her some water. This was a normal reaction to shots we were told. After about 10 minutes or so, my daughter was fine and had no adverse reactions later that evening and even going into the next day. Thank you so much Dr. Ferrell for all that you have done for my sweet girl! We have no regrets, when we chose you as her pediatrician and I hope more people do the same for their children.
