Got a jeep gladiator 2022 from Matt bowers on 05/02/2022 and traded in a Honda Pilot. Finance managers attitude was sky high and he had absolute zero knowledge of his work. He got my 10 days payoff for my Honda Pilot. My Honda Pilot is still not paid off as of 05/12/2022. And I got charged for next months installment on 05/12/2022. When you in finance you should be very timely and responsible about these big transactions. Which are absolutely lacking in case of Matt bowerss finance manager. My sales person also did not answer or return my calls about this issue timely. I definitely do not recommend this business to anybody. If they keeping this kind of responsible finance manager, how smooth your car deal can go?? Think about twice before bringing your business to them.

The clerk that check my truck in kept me abreast about the progress of my service and let me know on-time what was what what I needed needed done and gave me a a receipt stating how much it would cost me to get my tires and it was very professional and I appreciate your service and thank you great. And she listened to me when I talked about my concerns with my truck and everything was done very well thanks L. Smmons

went for oil change and fuel filters on my 2021 ram 2500 and this dude name jay did the service on and when i went to pick it up and the front of the truck had oil marks all over the paint and the botton of the truck was wet of oil at least they should do a lil wipe down after any service this people dont gf about people vehicles..but after i read all the reviews i see there service department dont wort a S..sales deparment is alright they try to make my payment more then what it was until i pull an app name loan calculator there loan payment was 31 more then what it was supost to be and when i toll the guy what my numbers on the loan calculator was he was oooo my numbers are wrong i pretty sure they rob every person it make a deal with them ..make sure u come in the with a loan calculator app..u will save some money..

I dropped my car off yesterday morning at about 8:00 am for a 9:00 appointment (made about two weeks ago). I waited about 10-15 minutes for Macy Brown to arrive (as she was my service person). Once she got there she acted very put out. She was not friendly at all. She stated that she would call me or my husband when she had an idea what was wrong with my car. As we had not heard from her by 2:00 I sent an email asking the status. No reply. I called and left a message around 3:00; no reply. I then called the main service number and asked to speak with her surpervisor; I received his voice mail and left a message; NO REPLY! Around 4:00 my husband finally receives a phone call giving a status. We received the same excuse; short handed, etc. She said my vehicle should be ready today by noon. It is not. This is not acceptable! My vehicle was in there for minor service. I am not impressed at all with Matt Bowers. So sorry that Salsbury sold out to them. Also, they are quick to suggest other things that can be done! Wanted to change my oil because it was due in about 1,000 miles!!!!
