Kameron, Brandi, and Elizabeth were so friendly and helpful. Above and beyond customer service, cleaning up after themselves, helped me stop crying and even played with my dogs. I used to manage apartments so Im used to working with remediation teams but this was a whole nother level of care.

I have worked here for 8 years and let me tell you there is no finer group of people than at Guarantee Restoration Services. I truly feel like they are my second family. Thought the years they have given me continuing education to advance to a level of success I always wanted to reach. Coworkers come to work excited to talk to each other and share their stories. Marcie, our Director of HR, opens her door and makes everyone feel important and welcome. Nicole, one of our regional managers, leads by example and will offer advice for you to reach the same potential. And of course Shawn, our CEO, guides us in new directions allowing our company to continue to grow across the southeast region. He has a unique style of leadership making you laugh, learn, and look forward to the next day. I would 100% say if you need a job you need to be working at Guarantee Restoration Services!
