Highly recommend this company. I personally had a homeowner who I was assisting with a roof issue who had water damage. I told them about my experience with R1 and for them to look into R1. They listened and was very pleased with the experience. To get a call like that is why I highly recommend using R1 for any and all mitigation issues.

Everyone was helpful and punctual. When they came to work they WORKED. The entire crew was polite, friendly and patient with my wife and I. If we had questions they took the time to answer them. The crew that helped us were David Hofstetter,
Tim, Cory, Jayson, Darryl, Dawson, Landon, Sam and Frannie. I would also like to say that Victoria in the office was extremely helpful as well. She got the crew out there and helped me with getting information.

Highly recommend Restoration 1. John and Antjuan were at my house in less that an hour after I called with a busted frozen pipe. They were efficient, explained everything, and SO friendly. Corey, Tim, Jayson, & Sean quickly removed all of the damage and left absolutely no mess - and again, were SO friendly. I appreciated the detailed explanation of everything that they were doing.
