Grant & Kyle arrived on time to clean our dining room chairs. They explained in detail that with this fabric sometimes cleaning will make stains turn brown and look worse. After giving him permission, Grant attempted stain removal on one chair and it looked exactly as he said it would; therefore, no need to attempt cleaning another chair. He said being honest up front with his customers is his #1 priority. We expressed our appreciation for his honesty, advice, and time. They did not charge us anything at all. Grant & Kyle were very professional and I would not hesitate to contact them again for another job.
