      Good morning, I I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. The booking was made through the handy app. We did not have your card information nor did we charge your card. Our technicians came out to complete the job however there was more debris than what we were shown on the photos. We had you on our schedule for today. We would love to get this issue resolved.
