        Booked and paid for a move in clean. Paid $450 for a cleaning of an EMPTY, house we recently purchased. Our top concern was dust, baseboards, and bathrooms. We didnt need any furniture or appliances cleaned. We were informed that the move in clean is a standard price as its a big deep cleaning of the home. HA! Unfortunately the house was still filled with dust, dirty baseboards, dirty bathroom cabinets, and an average cleaning of the shower and below average cleaning of the tub. Was informed that it would be 2 cleaners and then that changed to 1 cleaner. Highly disappointed and will not be returning or recommending services.

Furthermore, there was a pricing discrepancy, and the representative requested payment details prematurely. Additionally, she did not address my concerns or provide details about what the service entails. Considering these issues, I would not recommend their services; it might be best to explore other options.
