Terrible experience. My husband and I reserved a car and arrived at scheduled time to pick it up, but no body was there. The girl at the desk was late for 15 minutes and there was no apology. After filling out the information, she went out cleaning and getting the car for us. We waited another 50 MINUTES! She didn't contact us for what was going on, so we called her via the number provided at the website. Again, no apology, rather, she yelled rudely "now you want me to refund your money or do you want your car?!" That's absolutely unacceptable. We had to leave, and we will definitely report.

Location shows under the interstate it's actually inside of Holiday inn.
