        I work with the branch on Perkins near Trader Joe's. They bought my mortgage, and they are simply horrible. I worked for a bank during high school and have dealt with a number of them during my years. This branch is on 'bankers' hours' during customer hours. I checked their Internet site (for the branch), and they are posted as open today but closed on President's day. In fact, they are closed today and presumably for President's Day as well. In LA, that is double-dipping. Even when open, they are slow at best and only open teller windows as they see fit. What do these people do all day--online shopping, Facebook, and email? The management is horrific. Someone needs to 'light a fire' under these lazy people. As soon as possible, I am moving to another bank--again, they bought my mortgage. What an embarrassment to banking!
