    I have been living here for about 6 months now. The last 2 months I have complained about my upstairs neighbors being too loud on numerous occasions. They sent the courtesy officer to my apartment to basically say that there is nothing they can do, and then charged me for the complaint. They truly do not answer the phones during business hours as well.

    **long post alert** DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ive lived here for four years and each year it drastically gets worse. When I first moved here it was a lovely property but a lot of things were unavailable during Covid which is completely understandable. However, they still operate like we are in Covid. I have never seen the property manager as long as Ive lived here no matter how many times I have called to request meetings due to his or her lackluster staff. Apparently there has been a few different property managers but I wouldnt know because theyve all been nonexistent. they typically only have one person in the front at all times and they never answer the phone unless the young man is there who is usually the only person who seems to do any work however, he is not there all the time. The gym is not a gym , you have one working treadmill and a few dumbbells. All the other machines are broken. The pool is usually green and smells like sewage. They come up with a new rules despite not notifying anyone and then will charge your account. There is no courtesy officer on site, you pay an amenities fee, and there are no amenities. On their website, they say they have a gym in the front office because there are two offices on site, but that gym stays locked, out of the four years that I have lived here. I do not know what that gym looks like the apartments are pretty on the outside but raggedy on the inside and they only have one maintenance man on site Who knows what he is doing but usually you have to go through two or three of them before you can get whatever your issues fixed properly. Corporate is nonexistent they never answer the phone I have lived in 3 different units, and they all have major problems. During my last renewal of my lease, I transferred to a two bedroom, obviously for more space and I was not allowed to view the apartment because of cleaninghowever the day of my move in when I got my keys and was able to finally walk inside the apartment, there was used tissue on the floor, The carpets were dirty, the tubs were filthy , the ceiling fans had so much dust on them, I wouldnt even touch it all of the sinks had a disgusting amount of hair trapped in them. They then said that they will have the cleaning company come back and clean it so I had to move in later however, even after the cleaning company cleaned, the apartment was still filthy. And parking is awful and dont bother asking for a reserved spot because theres a long waitlist. My first 2 years were decent and the problems were tolerable but after that it kept getting worse and the stress of moving while starting a new semester in law school was not worth it each year. This will be my last time renewing I have looked across the streets at the Regents and know a few tenants there and their property and staff is lovely. If you can meet their qualifications I recommended looking across the street and not here. You can tell which buildings are newer because they do not take care of the outside of the older buildings. I dont even think a power wash could get rid of the Cobb webs and wasp nest.

    I was debating on writing on here but it deserves a poor review for the management. Everything here is nice except for management. If you want something done you can forget it. My bath tub started peeling when I took a bath it got all in my private area!!! I called and told them what was happening it has been over a month and it has still not been fixed. Lynelle the manager is a joke. She never responds to emails. They dont answer the phones. Corporate is just as bad. I asked Lynelle if I could get out of my lease early since they arent fixing the problem. Only if I pay $1000. One year someone got shot here they didnt notify anyone. I found out from a co worker that saw it on the news!! When they had people complain about car jacking they dont notify you. I only found out from someone that lives here. It so sad to see such poor management when this complex is so beautiful. Edit: They refuse to fix my tub so it will be 3 months Ive gone with out being able to take a bath. My lease is up in August and Lynelle attached a paper to my door stating I was not allowed to renew there. All because I wanted my tub fixed and they are too damn lazy to have someone come out to fix it. Picture of my tub that is peeling. Edit: Now that I am moved out they charged me $955. They charged me $100 for leaving 2 chairs and they charged me for dust along with some other foolishness. They will try to get you any kind of way. I tried to reach out to Lynelle (the horrible manager) she kept ignoring my emails and calls. They charged me $200 for a stopped payment which I called my bank and they told me there was no stopped payment. She refused to take the $200 off and hung up in my face. She is very unprofessional.

    I have been a resident here for almost six years .and when i first moved here i was in love with the property , and the staff. but these past two years since they change the property manager ! It hasnt been the same. Its never anywhere to empty Your trash on weekends. Dont walk in the grass cause its full of dog poop. We pay for amenities and they dont work like the gym equipment and the air conditioner inside of the gym plus it smells so bad that working out might cause you to pass out ! The breezeway are nasty . When you call the office the phone just rings and most of the staff sits around with attitude and will not help you . I cant even tell you the property manager name . I wish Angela was still here she took time and got to know the resident , she keep the grounds cleans and the equipment working ! She even did special events for the residents . This is my last year here not loving it anymore.
