Not sure how this place is so highly rated. Awful management. Very discriminatory.

awfully ran establishment, show room and pictures do not look like the unit, rude maintenance that breaks things instead of fixing them, staff steals packages, hot tub always broken, people who staff know throw reckless parties that the courtesy patrol office doesnt shut down. you absolutely do not get what you pay for.

I recently had to move back home and had to relet (sublease) my space. Throughout this whole process, the Villas have been very very helpful, specifically Alacia & Tucker. I have called the office numerous times (an annoying amount of times, lol) about the process & next steps and instead of being rude & turning me away, they were very polite, helpful, & forthcoming with the necessary information. I found one sublet at one time and it seemed weird and Alacia offered me a piece of advice to keep looking because she didnt want me to be stuck like Chuck. When I had questions Tucker may not have known the answer to, he would inform me hed text me to let me know and he upheld his word. Working with them both has made a seemingly stressful situation less stressful and I am truly appreciative. Also, before this process, Beaux (who no longer works there I believe) was very helpful when i first moved in. From trying to help me figure out my locks, to getting a new mailbox key, to bringing my furniture to my apartment & upstairs for me. The leasing office is very communicative whether via text, email, or phone call. Overall, the Villas leasing office staff is amazing and I highly recommend living here!
