Has a giant sign inside the doors saying they are closing this location. It was an okay Michaels, but the only place to buy professional grade art supplies in person. Big sad. They still have a lot of basic art/craft supplies as of 3/7/23 but they are reducing inventory. It's just normal sale prices right now, no clearance blowouts or anything.

I took a framed watercolor in for repair, the picture had become loose from the mat and had fallen down inside the frame. It took about 3 trips and 4 phone calls to get it fixed as the framer was part time. It was finally done, only $10.
A couple months later, the picture has fallen again. This time, I took the frame apart myself. The framer stuck the art up with 4 frail pieces of generic scotch tape. The repair was so poorly done. The odd part is the framer made disparaging comments about the original frame job. I can't recommend Michael's for custom picture framing at all.

What happened to our Michael's?
This place used to have such a variety of brands in different products. Now, the selections are much smaller & seem to be not nearly as competitive.
We were sad to see how scarce the paint/paint accessories are.
