Micheals is a good place to buy your crafts, wedding accessories etc. The cashiers are helpful, & courteous, the prices are reasonable, & the store is clean. I had a good experience buying my wedding flowers etc. from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last night as we walked in the store my little sister asked us if she could ride the rolling cart while we walked around. She helped build a house earlier at school that day and slightly injured her ankle. It was really bothering her. Of course we said yes. As were making our way to the aisle, the cashier decided to get on the microphone and say attention customers, the rolling carts are for customers who needs them, not for a joy ride around the store. I immediately went up to the register to ask her who made the announcement so that I could speak to them. She lied and said her manager made it. She had the nastiest attitude with me. She called the manager no one ever showed. I told her that I would shop around while her manager made her way up. A few minutes passed and no one came. I went to the register to check out and I asked her did her manager come up she said we can only call the manager for customer issues I held up item I was buying and said I am a customer. Correct? Thank you call her up. Ill wait at this point I was a bit snappy but still tried to be very respectful. Bottom line is that she made the extremely inappropriate announcement and lied about it. Lied and told me she called up a manager when she never did and highly embarrassed my sister. The manager of course never came up. I will go back today to speak with a manager.
