        Ridiculous that nobody answers the phone and they lock my card for zero reason. I don't even get an alert to see if it was me that tried to use my card. Have called 5 times in a row and keep getting a mailbox. Don't need to talk to a message machine. Need my card unlocked NOW so that I can make my purchase and get what I need

        Start it my bank account a year ago 5's across the board Switch over to a new. System or whatever.... My paychecks are not hitting my account. No one is picking up the phone at any of the branches. Showing the wrong balance on my account. And everyone is confused when I ask about where my money has gone..

        Why aren't they opened on Saturday? I can never go to the bank unless I take off work. I'll switch credit unions this year because of that.

      I sent a message to the member service team to contact you. We have an app secure lock equip that will alert you to potential fraud. The debit card processor will email or text you as well so ensure we have your correct contact information. . You can also call the number in the back of your card 24/7 to talk with the fraud team.
