Was coming to write a review about wait time and now I see many people experience this. Wait time is excruciating. Hopefully it gets better. Always a positive visit when you finally do get seen. ^

I have been seeing Dr. Loesevitz for 4 years now and he is great! I always feel heard and respected, and he takes his time with each patient. I never have felt rushed which is very rare to find in a PCP. I can't recommend him enough.

(BEWARE) This office is a joke. I been having extremely high blood pressure. I called them for appointment that I had to wait a month for. Told them what was going on. They sent me a text saying that my appointment was at 9 am. I arrived at 9a.m. The lady was waiting on me was nice . Which the only nice one there. This old nurse jump said he is late. She went straight to the back room.She came out with this micles dude with tattoos everywhere. Like I supposed to be scared. He told me they can't see me noore because of me missing a appointment. I will be getting a letter. The staff is rude. They still was not able to get my blood pressure down. I don't think they went to school. I went to urgent care. They got it down no problem.. aThis place was a waste of time

Went to get bloodwork done at 915am today. I called 2 days prior to make sure an order was in for bloodwork. They said yes. I told the office I would come in Friday off a 12 hour fast. I got to the office, they checked and said yep your order is in the system have a seat. A few minutes later they call me up and say turns out this is an old order. Let me see what we can do. I few minutes later they tell me that they can't do the bloodwork because my Nurse Practitioner is in with a patient. Which has happened the last two times I went for bloodwork. They told me to come back on Tuesday fasting before my appointment. Which by the way is at 330pm. Wait what? I love my Nurse Practitioner, he is a great guy but he can't run the office too! Ever since Baptist Health took over this office it has been terrible. If I could give a 0 I would. This office needs to be retrained and overhauled. Just sad!
