Doctors PLLC

My husband has been here twice and weve waited in a waiting room for 3+ hours before being seen while watching others walk right in. We had an appointment at 3:30 and the receptionist said there was 5 people ahead of him and hes been waiting for 4 hours now. I dont know whats going on with this place, but Im a nurse and there is NO REASON a patient should be kept waiting that long. Not to mention the rude tone we received making my husband feel targeted as a minority. All I can say is do better and know your biases so you can provide culturally competent care without making your patients feel LESS than valued. We will not be back. Smh

My family has used Dr. Hariklia Alexatos-Wilk as our primary care doctor since we moved to Kentucky in the early 90s. She has taken good care of all of us. You will have a long wait anytime you see her, but once she is in the room with you, you will have her full attention for as long as you need. The nurse practitioners are good also, as is the office staff.
