Dan was incredibly professional and responsive, and helped answer any/all questions I threw his way. The window specifications are a great value, among the best performance, and among the best price. The one area of improvement I would request is getting a drawing with dimensions and installation document prior to receipt of the windows for planning for proper clearance and trim. Otherwise, very happy all the way around.

Outstanding window company here in Louisville! Dan and his guys were such a pleasure to work with. We were shopping around for affordable windows that had good energy efficiency.
