Very disappointed with there service. Over 5 months trying to get my gutter helmet to fix the leak between roof and gutter. Never leaked there before. They make appointment and not tell you they aren't coming or they come on a day you your not home. I put the time and date the are coming on my phone. I did not have appointment set up for today the lady there said I did. I called 12-12-22 at 9:12 am that is what lady said . It is now 6:00pm . No sign or call from them. Very disappointed with there service . Asked for refund and I was told they can't . I will not recommend them. I've tried to be patient with them said they was short hand with worker or worker was sick. All I ask was to keep me informed when they are coming and not to be told something else.Very sad for the treatment I got. Paid to much to get the kind of treatment and service Been waiting all day for them . No call No show

The guy that came out gave the best gutter helmet I've ever received. He wasn't even apologetic he just got on his knees and proceeded to get to work.
