After being told to pre pay for my tow, this compnay never did the job. I asked for a refund and they ignored my calls for weeks. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They lied and said they did the tow. I put a review up and Zack said that he would refund the money so I took the review down. Two months later, still no refund. Please check the reviews, they have scammed others. Buyer beware of these folks! Service: Local hauling

When AAA took 3hrs to get to me I called for another tow. Nationwide roadside assistance got to me in less than 20 min and had me home in another 20min. I cannot thank them enough. Plus they sent me an invoice to pay before! The truck got to me. So I knew exactly what to expect. I was able to pay the invoice while being towed home on my phone. 1 million stars! Don't go through them they try to scam you for more money after you done paid to have it towed they try to steal my car n say that I owed them another 100$
