        Most unprofessional and shady impound lot i have ever seen. Cost of less than 24 hours on theit site was a whole weeks paycheck. Not to mention searching and ransacking my contents of car. Tires were all inflated to 70lbs, Radiator was damn near drained all oil & purchased items such as brake fluid, coolant ,windshield fluid, emergency repair items such as jumper cables, fuses, flares were convenietely not there. All manuals & items related to vechicle were gone. All music and related items to stereo were not there either. And not to mention the price i was quoted on phone to me was not honored nor discussed. I was told TFB. this is the cost and if i didnt pay it i was not allowed to remove any personal items or remove MY vehicle from their POSSESION. What kind of business works hard to make sure you cannot afford or get access to your property?? Someone who has an invested and high rate of return. Oh and 1 last thing i had a less than 6 month old spare tire (full size) Now i have a dry rotted flat spare with no lug wrench or jack. I will never do business with this company or enter shelby county.....
