I went to the Ken Towery on Taylorsville road in Louisville ky to get tires on my wife's vehicle. Everything was going ok I arrive the took my vehicle in immediately and we're done pretty fast that is when I discovered the major problem. I paid and walked out to my car as soon as they pulled it out and I discovered they had stolen my firearm out of my vehicle. I confronted them and everyone denied it. I then called the police and filled out a police report and contacted the manager. I waiting to see if the manager makes it right. I will never go here again or recommend any else go.

Told me to come in at 8am to fix my car, so I do and no one is here! I waited around and called but no answer. I finally get a call back around 11 so I bring in my car. Theyre still working on my car as Im typing this. Its taking hours, so I ask how much longer itll be and they tell me it just needs an alignment and then its done, oh but wait the guy is leaving to get lunch first not only have I been in a bathroom-less place for OVER 4 HOURS but I cant even have my car done until he gets lunch??? I get he needs to eat but its 4! Ive been here since 11:30!! I only needed 1 thing done to my car so why in the world am I still here?? Not to mention Im hungry too! I dont ever do stuff like this about places because I give people the benefit of the doubt but Im at my wits end here
