A clog that turned into a broken line that turned into an entire day project - hard to say you are happy when you start in the $200's and end up with a one before that - that being said the issues were the house not the work, tech stuck with the job the entire time and did not try to hide the fact that a new issue was created, he was happy to show me the line and it was obvious it was thin and would not have lasted the month.

Roto rooter came out and cleared two toilets and I was told that they guaranteed their work for 6 months as long as any new back up wasn't due to any extraordinary objects being in the line. It backed up again and when I spoke to the office they told me if it was toilet paper that they would charge me again. I don't think toilet paper is out of the ordinary. Their guarantee is worthless. Use someone else. Service: Drain cleaning

Professional and reliable.  Brian showed up on time, evaluated my situation and gave me a prompt estimate.  The job ended being a bit harder to get done - but Brian stuck with it and got it done for the amount quoted!    He was informative and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and a little plumbing 101.Highly satisfied!

Yesterday I ran into an issue with me being a woman trying to talk to a service man. (most women will understand my frustration in this situation). I contacted Rotor-Rooter to have the main line cleaned at my house in Louisville. The tech told me he had run 100 ft of line and could not find the clog. He needed to charge me another $139 to extend the line farther. This house is maybe 60 feet from the drain exit of the house to the street. Maybe 20 to 25 feet of line inside the house. I felt like I was being scammed. Somehow the tech had a different tune when my HVAC MAN called. Oh wow, he thinks he got the clog now. But he did not pull anything out of the line. REALLY!!!! I called their office to complain about my treatment just because I am a woman. The District Manager pretty much blew me off. If this is how u treat customers I can take my business elsewhere next time. Service: Drain cleaning
