We had a plumbing emergency late on a Friday night and started calling all the big companies in Louisville only to get their voicemails. We called Jay's and Jay himself answered and immediately had someone out at our house and working on the issue in less than 40 minutes. They worked until midnight to get us at least through the night and were back Saturday morning to finish. They were also able to investigate the issue further and reduce their initial repair estimate thus not charging us for unnecessary repairs amidst our desperate situation. Highly recommend!

Jay immediately called me back and worked me in the same day to take a look. He was quick and accurate at the assessment - in and out in like 15 mins, with a repair plan to boot. He came back on the next business day and busted it for 6 hours to make sure we were taken care of. We were impressed with the speed of, quality of, and care taken while completing the work.
