        Asked for rounded got sharp pointy shape. Requested one color and got the opposite then got accused of being wrong. Customer is not right anymore. Mail tech was very unprofessional. Cussing and cut me 3 times. Bleeding still after I got home.

        Ruined my nails and refused to put on a new set. then didnt even fully take off the old set. Terrible experience and rude employee, it so uncomfortable that I was holding back LITERAL tears.
