This is a new beautiful salon. Even though I'm sure all of the techs are amazing, if you get a chance, ask for Johnny! He's the BEST, IMO. I moved with him to this salon and will continue to recommend him and this salon.

After giving this business multiple chances I have to leave this review, after repeatedly getting bad service and just having one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. Not only was my calf cut with a brush during the pedicure, while receiving my dip manicure I asked the tech Lee to please be gentle with my cuticles because in my previous visit I had been cut on multiple fingers and bled which resulted in scabs and discomfort for a week. Lee responded by saying if you dont like how I do nails than ask for someone else and then proceeded to rush through the rest of my manicure and would not speak and left crusted polish and impurities on my nails and fingers. The lobby always smells like cigarette smoke and the staff is very unprofessional overall, especially when dealing with guest complaints. I gave them many opportunities to prove me wrong as I understand people have bad days. But this was just unacceptable. I was so let down and frustrated that I didnt even feel comfortable confronting the situation so I quickly paid for my services, left, and will not be returning. I hope that no one else has to experience this treatment and can support other businesses that appreciate their returning clients and treat them with care and respect. This place is absolutely amazing. Tommy and his crew are so kind and are incredible at what they do. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get cute, classy, or overall any type of nails. It's truly fabulous!
