I dropped my ps5 off to get fixed it gets shipped off, i dont hear from them for weeks i kept calling but got no answer, i had to drive to the store multiple times to check up on my game, just for them to tell me my game has been lost, then they get me a new game and tell me it will be ready today so i get here today and they tell me itll be here next week. Very unprofessional

It wasn't a straight road or a quick one to fixing our phone, but eventually they did have the integrity to make things right, and to adjust our charges accordingly, which we really appreciated.

Place is terrible. Called and scheduled appointment to replace screen on my phone was told it would take 2hrs to replace. Then dropped off my phone and was told it would take 5hrs to replace. Then they broke the back of my phone and told me it was no big deal they ordered another back for the phone. And would replace it the next day. If I wanted them too Free of charge. I live an hr away its not free of charge if I have to drive there and back and wait around for them to fix it.

I have had my Ps5 there for 2 months and it’s hasn’t been fixed, so I decided to take it away and go somewhere else, and it’s taking over a weeks for them to put it back together
