        I give it a 2 because the employees were nice, I took my ps5 in because it just went off during game play no warning not hot. Took it in they said they cleaned it and did something like fill some fluid cost 140 took home and game went off again. Took back they kept for 2 or 3 more days then said they fixed the disc drive and it didn't go off after 9 hours of being on no charge brought home went off again so I opened up and seen the below pic..I don't even know if they did anything now.

        My Samsung S24 Ultra had a Power issue in less than 2 months of purchase. Was directed to Ubreakifix, it was fixed in 3 days at no cost tho the warranty was running. Nicey.

        I've dealt with this company twice, both times it was fast and easy. Just go online, create a work order for your work, drop your device off and usually within a couple hours it's repaired. It's probably wise to call the locations in your area to make sure they have the part available before you schedule the appointments. Outside of that, every time I've got my item back it looks brand new and worked like it as well. They do the authorized Google repairs here as well, so if you're getting it repaired anywhere else other than Google, the work you're getting done is not covered under a warranty any longer. just go here, they usually are cheaper than the other guys anyhow.
