This is a excellent store the manager MARTIN HUMPHRY IS THE NICEST GOOD HEARTED MAN YOULL EVER MEET HE DESERVES A BIG RAISE AND BONUS PAY AWSOME MAN AWSOME STAFF MRS.CHERYL MILLER IS THE BEST ENPLOYEE IN THERE PLUS SHIANE NICOLE(NIKKI) COURTNEY JANIS AND SIERRA EXCELLENT STAFF MEMBERS WHO COULD EASILY BE PROMOTED TO MANAGEMENT EXCELLENT GOOD HEARTED STAFF HERE THIS IS A EXCELLENT STORE WITH GREAT STAFF WHO ALL DESERVE A PAY RAISE!

Horrible customer service. My husband and I have always went there for all our jewelry needs. Today will be the last time I every go there. The new manager Lisa is awful. She had a terrible attitude and is not willing to help. After she gave my husband and I such a bad attitude we asked for the manager Marty which is who we have always dealt with in the past. He was excellent and cared about his customers. Lisa informed us she is now the manager. Let me just say after she stated that with an attitude I told her I would be calling corporate about her horrible attitude. She then decided to argue with my husband and I. Even after we started walking out of the store because I realized we were getting no where with her she kept saying nasty comments. Save yourself time and go somewhere us.
