This inspector has completely screwed us in our new home- first weekend after moving in- and on video- we have the basement leaking- and the garage leaking- plumber took all of 2 minutes to tell us we have a crack in our bathtub-said how did someone not see this- our childrens new bathtub! They haven't been able ti use it since- had replacement- and fix quoted- called Shane- gave him price for just the fix- said we didn't want him to take care of the replace cost- just fix it cost so we can use it- he said ok find out to the total- we did- and now he will not return our calls- or our emails- if he had done his job correctly- we could have asked for something that big to be fixed before purachase
