Robb did a fantastic job inspecting my new home. He was friendly, super knowledgable, and thorough. He let me ask all my neurotic, clueless questions with a great degree of patience and answered them in a way that I could understand. Not only did I feel confident in Robb's skills as an inspector but it inspired confidence that I was buying the right house for me despite it's age. His attention to detail was astounding and the inspection report reflected that. His website is also super helpful in listing all the services they provide and makes it easy to schedule. I would 100% recommend and if I'm ever buying a home again in the future, I won't hesitate to use Robb and HomeMD!

Robb did the home inspection for the Patio Home I am purchasing. Robb did a wonderful job explaining the steps he was going to accomplish throughout the inspection. During the inspection he was interactive, answered all my questions and openly discussed any issues and/or concerns he came across. He was very thorough, displayed a great knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the inspection and did a wonderful job making sure he covered everything. He was very personable and gracious. Very pleased with Robb and the final inspection product he provided. I would highly recommend Robb and HomeMD Inspection Services.
