Marty exceeded our expectations!!! We were so impressed with the amount of details that we received back. He took a ton of pictures and each one has a detailed explanation. Marty was very patient with us and knowledgeable. He inspected the house from top to bottom and did a detailed walk through explaining everything. I am selling the patio home I live in and my agent suggested an inspection before hand. The inspector found numerous small things and I can get them repaired before the property goes up for sale. The inspector spent lots of time going over stuff.

They found a deck at a house we planned to purchase that appeared lvery nice, but underneath had several structures problems, was not built properly, was not mounted to the house in a manner that building codes required and had to thin of lumbar. The inspector made an extra trip to the property to explain this to my wife and real estate agent.
