I discovered Ben while researching possible fixes for my water problem. His articles about my problem came up. I reached out to him for advice and if he knew anyone in my area I could have look at it. He lives in Louisville and I live north of Cincinnati. He had plans to be near my home on a weekend and volunteered to stop by and look at it! He was so friendly and professional when he came by. He truly wants to help people solve and find problems!
