I was told that I have Wind Damage in person while It was apparently written that I had other issues when the inspector left. I would highly recommend fighting State Farm for a licensed adjustor so you do not get the screws like my claim. I have 8 houses around me with wind/hail damage so I must have been in the center of the hurricane I guess. Avoid this company at all cost especially if State Farm sends them. You deserve to be shot straight and you deserve and actual licensed adjustor.

Seek Now claims to act as a “third party” for insurance companies. In reality a homeowner or policy holder has a poorly trained and unprofessional kids essentially making coverage decisions on their property. They claim to objectively report damage but in reality their first priority is to keep the insurance companies, their employers, happy. If you have an insurance claim PLEASE, for your own sake, make sure you request an actual insurance adjuster inspects your roof.

Beware of this company. Notice the low reviews. My insurance company hired them to make assessment of my roof damage after a powerful storm. I had my roof inspected by a professional contractor with 30 years experience. His assessment indicated a roof replacement. The person from Ladder Now came out and made accusations of suspicious activity. He also made claims of internal damaged of mold,, however he never entered my home. These lies that he made claim caused my insurance company to reduce the repair cost. Thus leaving my roof in disrepair. How can you make an assessment of internal damage with pictures you did not take of mold you did not see? This company are scam artists and if your insurance company tells you they are sending Ladder Now, you better deny and request a representative from you insurance company to come out.
