Aqua Lock installed two egress windows for us a few months ago. I recently noticed that a stress fracture had started to appear in the brickwork above one of the windows. When I removed the flashing I discovered that they had not installed a lintel to support the brick. I then removed the flashing from the other window with the same result. After an unsuccessful attempt by Aqua Lock to install the lintels, I hired a brick mason to professionally complete the job and to repair the fracture. To their credit Aqua Lock promptly reimbursed me for the full amount (lintel install was part of the contractual agreement after all). Failure to install lintels for structural integrity is completely unacceptable and this company should know better. Service: General construction

This is the second time Ive used Aqua Lock to install a radon mitigation system and the first time to repair cracks in our foundation. Tony and Paul were professional, friendly, and efficient. The companys communication is excellent.

Aqua Lock installed our egress window last year. We did not hesitate to call them for our Radon Fan project. They were again, very professional from the first call to the initial visit to the installation day. Josh and Tony were on time, friendly, and very professional. The work was done quickly and with excellence. Our radon level dropped from over 13 to less than 1 within hours of the installation. Service: Fan installation
